Get on the NeXt+ train and find yourself where Zurich Meets New York
MetroNeXt+ will take the public on a virtual journey from the center of New York to the heart of Zurich, using the latest in augmented reality technology. The project exhibits a replica of a vintage New York City subway entrance that transports visitors to downtown Zurich, where they can experience the architecture, arts, sciences, as well as the lifestyle of Switzerland’s largest city. It uses 2D and 3D graphics and photogrammetry technologies to display 3D models of Zurich’s old town and the historic “Augustinergasse”.
